Returns and Refunds
While we stand by the quality of our props and service we understand they may not suit everyone’s needs, and will do the best we can to help you find the best suited prop for you. If we cannot, we accept returns on some items ordered from inspyreflowprops.com within 15 days of purchase.
If the prop is a ready made prop by another vendor (contact ball, sock poi, diabolo, flow wand etc):
- Please contact us within 15 days from date of purchase to initiate your return.
- Items will only be accepted for a refund if they are in perfect re-sellable condition.
- You are responsible for shipping the product to us. Shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable. Your product will be inspected prior to issuing your refund.
If the prop is a custom prop made by us:
- You are eligible for a full refund only if both of the below points are true:
- Is a standard listed prop in our website, not a unique custom build.
- Has not yet been made/or has been made but shows an obvious manufacturing defect.
- You are eligible for a partial 30% refund if either of the below points are true:
- You were informed that materials were purchased specifically to cater to your prop build.
- We have commenced building your prop.
- You are NOT eligible for any refunds on unique, non standard, custom builds.
You are responsible for shipping the product to us. Shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.
To return a prop first contact us on inspyre.flowprops@gmail.com with the following info:
- Your name and contact info
- Your order number, or the email address you used to place the order
- Reason for return or replacement
