While we stand by the quality of our props and service we understand they may not suit everyone’s needs, and will do the best we can to help you find the best suited prop for you. If we cannot, we accept returns on items ordered from inspyreflowprops.com within 20 days of purchase.
- Please contact us within 20 days from date of purchase to initiate your return.
- Items will only be accepted for a full refund if they are in perfect re-sellable condition. (If a fire prop, this means not burned. If practice prop it means not damaged or tampered with)
- Items not in new re-sellable condition incur a 40% restocking fee.
- You are responsible for shipping the product to us. Shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.
- We cannot accept refunds if your prop was a highly unique customized build.

- Your name and contact info
- Your order number, or the email address you used to place the order
- Reason for return or replacement
